Key responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager with the development and execution of marketing plans, which to achieve the targets of profitability, growth, innovation and brand presences across SEA markets
- Develop an integrated view of key business drivers, incorporating all aspects of marketing/business and implementation of marketing plans and activation, which focus on
- Total company profitability and growth
- New product innovation and new product development
- New channel development
- Brand awareness, market share and brand presence
- Product and category development
- Work closely with sales team, distributor partners and customers to implement marketing activities/plans, adhering to the sales growth and plans and drive brand presence with POSM at level and digital awareness
- Close collaboration with in house chef to develop menus and leverage on market trends and insights
- Active participation in food shows from planning to execution
- Manage below the line campaigns
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as creative agency, digital agency and supplier
- Analyse promotion and campaign performance versus plans, benchmarks execution from other markets
skills and experience required
- Minimum 3 years if brand management experience within the FMCG, B2B Food industry
- Strong strategic, digital and well-rounded end to end thinking - ability to translate global/regional strategy into local priorities for marketing with commercial approach
- Strong collaborator and ability to work across various international and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, project management skills
