about the role

  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for critical departments.
  • Develop business continuity strategy and Formulate BCP for new business functions based on the BIA result. Update and ensure regular maintenance of BCP document.
  • Conduct analysis on critical system and critical processes for each department to determine recovery resources requirement, number of essential staff and workstation capacity at alternative site during disaster situation.
  • To determine Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD) for recovery process of each critical system and critical business functions.
  • Overseeing all the company BCP testing conducted at HQ and branches level nationwide.
  • Plan and coordinate BCP testing for system recovery and cash operations to validate BCP procedure and to comply with Bank Negara Malaysia BCP requirements and clients/bankers requirements.
  • Prepare report on BCP Testing and ERP Testing for clients/ bankers.
  • Conduct series of meetings with all banks to ensure our cash BCP document is in line with bank’s requirement.

skills & experience required

Seeking experience either from within the Big 4 keen to make your first move into the commercial world or from internal audit in an established MNC. You should be degree qualified and ideally have study towards CPA, CIA or other related certification.

You will have a high level of interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people at all levels, and a desire to grow your career.
