Duties & Responsibilities:

2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to address their evolving needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.

4. Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling services, expanding the client base, and participating in business development activities.

5. Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying your technical expertise to deliver value-added solutions to clients.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal policies, conducting quality control reviews to maintain the highest level of audit quality.

Qualifications:

1. Professional Qualifications: Possess relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.

2. Extensive Experience: Demonstrated experience in audit and assurance services, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

3. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting and audit standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
