about the companyYou will be joining the MNC company who is the market leader for food distributions.Reporting to: DirectorAttractive remuneration packageYou will need to:Plan, coordinate and implement HSE measures to provide a conducive, safe, healthy and work environment that meets HSE performance target, national regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Keep abreast of current & emerging safety and health standards & practices. Report any new or updated information to managementKeep abreast of current & emerging health issues (e.g. disease, epidemics, etc.) and propose plan of action to the management and the Committee on a timely basis.Perform detailed inspection of warehouse & office facilities on a weekly basis in accordance to inspection checklist to ensure compliance with safety standards and rectify any safety & health deficiencies must be highlighted.Take appropriate steps to resolve any citations issued by government inspectors.Revise safety and health policy as necessary to avoid recurrence of problems.Ensure full compliance to local regulations as well as social compliance standards with regards to HSE practices.Establish, manage, review and monitor company’s HSE strategies.Deploy HSE policy and management procedures by conducting inspections and assessments, identifying and implementing improvement actions, reporting statistics and regular communicating with all employees.Job Experience/Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Occupational Safety & Health) or equivalentMust have min 3-5 years’ experience in related positionKnowledge ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HSE complianceGreenbook holder will be added advantagesCandidate with fmcg background will be added advantagesPassionate in safetyHow to apply?To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
