about the job

• Establish, configure, test & maintain operating system, app software & systems management tools
• Test products & identifying deficiencies and errors.
• Provide solutions to product problems .
• Investigate product quality in order to have improvements to achieve great customers' satisfaction.
• Plan, create & manage overall quality plannings.
• Work along with the Product Development team to make sure the consistency in project execution
• Identify quality assurance process blockage & provide ways for improvement
• Collect quality data
• Identify key KPI for all the product quality
• Providing technical analysis report & metrics to upper management
• Prepare & present reports & metrics to upper management
• Monitor clients' inquiries, complaints & supervise QA activities

requirements

• Candidate must have at least Diploma/Bachelor of degree in relevant field.
• Candidates w/ system engineer and automation related experience would be preferable.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin language preferred as role will need candidate to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts.
• At least three years of working experience in the related industry.
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
