about the job
- You will maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. This will be a 80% hunter role and 20% farming role to build and expand customer base.
- You will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.
- Pro-actively develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for planning and implementing business development strategies, sales and marketing activities for project, solutions and system sales.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively discover new needs in various industries which might require drone solutions.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 3-7 years of strategic Tech sales experience in a business-to business or business-to-government sales environment.
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia) to meet with customers.
- Must have strong interest with drone/ AI technology. Product training will be provided.
- Results oriented and willing to learn new product and technologies supported by the company.
- Preferably have strong networks/contacts either in the telecommunication, agriculture, O&G, and/or Government ministries.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Sales Director in a team of 7 staffs. You will work closely with the customers to identify their needs and proposing the right solution.
