about the job

  • Assures complete and accurate CCRIS reporting of all borrowers to Central Credit Bureau of Bank Negara Malaysia, accurate reporting of Data Quality Report to BNM and provide support to CCRIS Back End reporting.
  • Provides support to Business Promotion teams such as Checker function for CCRISB2B submission and tracking the B2B submissions.
  • Ensures day to day issues on maintenance of CCRIS B2B and Back End are resolved, accurately and timely manner.
  • Participates and provides feedback in all projects by respective system owners in relation to system enhancement/data mapping/data cleansing which may impact CCRIS B2B and Back End reporting.
  • All data submission is as per BNM CCRIS requirement and target for accuracy with zero defect and responds promptly to all queries and notifications by BNM.
  • Maintains a close communication and co-operation from the respective business users to provide required information and good support to business users.
  • Compliance to Statistical Reporting Frammework (SREF) and avoid Administrative Monetory Penalty (AMP) by the regulators.
  • Offers trainings/coaching to business users on usage of CCRIS via B2B system to ensure users understand the CCRIS system.
  • Proactively participates in discussion, evaluation and proposal for new/enhanced reporting system.
  • Proctively liaises with the Vendor/system owners/BNM in the event of system failure.
  • Enforces new reporting system introduced by BNM with integration to internal systems for accurate reporting such as DQR
  • Escalates all issues/reporting errors/missed submission to the manager immediately for further reporting to Head of Reporting/BNM
  • Maintains routine operations conforms to established rules, policies and procedures in accordance to reporting requirements, and operates in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Oversees all audit issues are adhered and closed timely without any repeated findings and be a member of working group in resolving regulator audit issues.
