- provide training, coaching, development, and motivate the team to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service, and to strategize on ways to increase branch overall revenue.
- manage the overall sales and service support of the assigned region.
- assess local market conditions and identify and nurture business opportunities.
- manage projects, budgets, and allocate funds appropriately to achieve growth.
skills and experience required
- at least 10 years working experience as Sales Manager, Project Manager, or in any lead role which are responsible for your own team P&L.
- willing to be based at JB or Sabah (relocation allowance is provided).
- having prior experience in the Property Development, Construction, Hotel and HR industries is advantageous but not necessary as long as willing to learn.
about the team
the incumbent will be reporting to the Regional Head of Sales while managing a team of operational staffs (Finance, Customer Service, Sales). you are also required to take part in hiring and expand the team accordingly.
