Randstad is partnering with a Singapore based MNC company that specializes in valve automation. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for a talented Branch/Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Facilitate the establishment, development and expansion of the Johor branch office
- Achieves and surpasses KPI/targets for the branch
- Identifies existing and potential sales opportunities and successfully closes deals
- Engages with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in product sales to promote the company's products and strengths, driving sales growth
- Lead regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication of goals and objectives, offering guidance and leadership to help staff achieve them
- Prepare and present report on branch's performance
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch
- Lead a team of 3 people
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ E&E or equivalent
- At least 8 years of sales experience in process industries or similar industries
- Must have experience dealing with process flow equipments, valves, pumps or actuators
- Experience dealing with General Industry or Oil & Gas can be considered
- Candidates with strong commercial background will be preferred
- Ability to prioritize task, delegating when appropriate
