    Our client is an established FMCG distributor of global and local cosmetics and personal product brands.
    They have strong ASEAN market presence.

    about the job

    Reporting to the Brand Manager.

    Key responsibilities:

    • assist manager in formulating strategies, planning and execution of brand plans
    • manage yearly sales and A&P budget
    • ensure effective communication with Principal
    • work closely with A&P and agency for effective digital strategies and execution
    • prepare weekly report and monthly demand forecast
    • create POSMs for trade implementation
    • prepare monthly and activation reports for principals and management
    • support beauty advisors with product training
    • utilise sales performance data and consumer insights to identify growth
    • track competitor's activities in offline and online business
    skills and experience required
    • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in the FMCG industry
    • Self-motivated, details-oriented and proactive
    • Able to travel
