- Reporting to the Marketing Innovation Director
- An individual contributor position
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the crafting of 5 years innovation funnel for all categories
- Conduct and implement innovation ideation sessions/workshops, covering products, packaging, communication and promotions that are aligned to the brand platform, business objectives and market needs
- Develop and implement marketing plans for the individual market in charge
- Owner of respective category brands
- Develop brand platform, strategies, architecture and positioning
- Ensure brand expression guidelines are executed in line with the platform and to ensure consistent brand executions across the region
- Collate and analyse post-launch assessment
- Use of various research resources and tools to understand consumer's current and future needs to identify innovation opportunities as well as ensure offerings are relevant to target consumers
- Collate and analyse competitor's communication for existing competitors and new entrants
skills and experience required
- Minimum 7 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated capability of identfying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Commercial acumen, analtycial mindeset
- Strong communication, presentation and prohect management skill
