We are looking for Brand Manager in well known company for oral care brands.

about the job

  • Achieves set objectives and goals for the assigned brand/category/segment in terms of market share, brand equity, sales volumes & value, and profitability.
  • Formulates marketing plans & strategies, administers them, and recommends changes and improvements where necessary to ensure achievement of established goals/objectives within the budget.
  • Management of A&P budget for brand’s ATL communication.
  • Integrate with customer marketing team to translate marketing strategy into executional GTM commercial action plans within given timeline
  • Analyses of on-going brand and consumer market research studies to formulate and implement appropriate marketing plans and programs that reflect and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Regularly provide brand & business review under his/her control to senior management
  • Work effectively & efficiently with internal counterparts (beyond Malaysia) & external agencies/vendors.

skill/experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Consumer Brand Management in FMCG
  • Bachelor degree with major in marketing or business administration
  • Solid experience in brand marketing in FMCG companies
  • Pro-active & self-motivated team players with multi-level within the organization
  • Familiar with research programs such as Nielsen/Kantar or equivalent
  • Involvement with “Digital Marketing” activities.
