about the job
- Develop and lead brand strategy through insights analysis, marketing plans and total system economics to deliver volume, revenue share and profit growth
- Proactively identify, develop, prioritise and execute effective product, package and merchandising innovation to drive consumer-centric growth opportunities
- Identify the strategic objective to drive the required communication strategy
- Determine promotional and presence strategy, develop and execute promotions to meet brand, consumer and customer objectives
- Determine media objectives and strategies and manage execution of media elements that will maximise ROI from media investments
- Develop effective integrated working relationship with all agencies involved on key brands (Packaging, Insights, Research, Strategy, Media, Creative and Digital)
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Analytical mindset, proactive and strong communication skill
