Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for brand development and all marketing initiatives to generate sales lead
- Develop and analyse pricing strategies for potential profitability
- Conduct research and studies on consumer market, market trends
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and providing recommendations
- Prepare necessary sales and marketing reports
Work closely with Production, Warehouse on stock management and forecasting
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 3 years of brand/product marketing experience in the FMCG industry
- Analytical, problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
