Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Working as an individual contributor.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior manager on building the road map of potential opportunities within and beyond the category using business knowledge, the consumer value journey and growth spaces
- Convert critical consumer insights and data from various sources to build new consumer proposition for new campaign/innovation/renovation
- Support cross functional project teams to drive campaigns and projects from conceptualisation through implementation stage.
- Create and generate engaging ideas that translate into impactful contents across all touch points and channels that are aligned with brand value proposition
skills and experience required
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience of NPD, driving ATL, BTL campaigns
- Able to use and analyse consumer research data
- Strong commercial acumen, project management and stakeholder management skills
