about the job
- Manage the assigned category segment by leading brand development plan
- Identify key opportunities and gaps via analysis, insights; and to derive short-term and long-term growth strategies
- Implement brand guidelines and act as key gatekeeper for all product brand equity materials communicated internally and externally
- Provide accurate forecast on active selling SKUs by working closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain team
- Accountable for product segment A&P spending, product price margin analysis, product launch demand forecast planning, annual budget planning process and budget reviews
about the manager/team
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience of planning and launch brand campaigns
- Well-versed with consumer research data
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skill
