Reporting to the sales director
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the brand owner to ensure the brand guideline is aligned
- Research and analyse on consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insight.
- Establishing and manage the marketing budgets to ensure the marketing activities are cost effective
- Translate brand elements into go-to-market plans to motivate the target audience to take action
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG
- Experience in executing marketing plans for retail or F&B channels
- Regional travel and work at off-site event and trade show are required
- Analytic mindset and good communication skills
