We are seeking a dynamic and creative IT Business Analyst to join our team and help us in the development of the internal HR system. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind the design, development, and implementation of our new HR system, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business and our employees.

Job title: Business Analyst
Location: Selangor (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 8k per month
Employment: Full-time permanent

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: You will need to gather and document the requirements for the HR system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets their needs.

Process Mapping: You will need to map out the existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement, working closely with the HR team to understand their workflows.

Functional Specifications: You will need to create detailed functional specifications for the system, outlining how it will work and what it will do.

Testing: You will need to work with the technical team to ensure that the system is thoroughly tested and that it meets all of the functional requirements.

Training and Documentation: You will need to create user manuals and training materials to ensure that the team is fully trained on how to use the new system.

Stakeholder Management: You will need to manage stakeholders throughout the project, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a deep understanding of both the business processes and the technology used to support those processes.

Experience as a Business Analyst with HR systems, allowing them to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
