about the company

We are looking for Business Analyst specialised in the functional side of ServiceNow management system or other similar HR related platform for one of the leading medical companies in the region.

  • Reporting to: Manager for HR Solutions

about the job

  • Lead analyst for HROne platform leveraging ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Develop a roadmap of prioritized projects utilizing stakeholder feedback and usability data to inform recommendations on project criticality
  • Work closely with our Associate Service Centers globally on testing of new functionality, workflow design and development, and implementation
  • Collaborate regularly with the HR Service Integration Partner on all proposed enhancements to confirm readiness for IT review, approval, and configuration
  • Develop project and test plans to support proposed projects with oversight and support from leadership within the HR Solutions organization
  • System updates including but not limited to – meta tag data, assignment groups, creating banners and surveys, creating contingent worker accounts, managing security, etc
  • Managing and supporting incidents and troubleshooting issues as they are reported
  • Work closely with the IT organization and counterparts on their delivery against the approved roadmap – answering questions, providing clarification and ensuring progress stays on track
  • Continually acquire and apply new knowledge and skills necessary to support the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, coordinating resolution with 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Ensure HR systems configuration meets SOX and other corporate compliance obligations as well as data privacy best practices
  • Identify and recommend methods to simplify and enhance processes and technologies
  • Be flexible in taking-on new responsibilities and work collaboratively as a team
  • Creativity in developing simple, easy to understand (and use!) solutions with the user at the center of design
  • Strong understanding and respect for change control processes, quality assurance processes, and data governance
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of feedback with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and HR Service Management to include Portal, Knowledge Base and Case Management functionality (alternative is other HR related system)

skill/experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, ServiceNow Demand management, and Scrum or other HRMS related system is preferable.
  • Demonstrated technical systems analysis through 3 years’ business analyst and experience in an MNC nature.
