Manage Existing Accounts: Foster and nurture strong relationships with our current customer base to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify New Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
Expand Clientele: Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base, tapping into your corporate connections and industry knowledge.
Negotiate Contracts: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
about you
- Experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Fresh graduates who are goals-driven, has exceptional communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong corporate connections and an extensive network within the industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong spoken and written English plus additional languages are an advantage
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
