    Your future employer is a local leading group of construction companies. They are known for their interior fit out and building protection services. As the company is expanding, they are seeking for experienced Business Development Executives to join their team in the Northern Region.

    about the job

    • To liaise closely with the engineers, marketing team, contractors, suppliers and related parties for the resources needed for business development.
    • Identifying opportunities, finding new leads and propose potential business deals through rapport building with potential partners.
    • To work closely with the team in devising growth strategy and be involved in sales pitching and presentations.
    • To negotiate and close new business deals while building existing client relations by coordinating contract requirements with business operations.

    about the manager/team

    You will be reporting to the director of the company who will be providing you clear direction and guidance.

    skills and experiences required

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (engineering/ business admin).
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales for the building protection/ fit out industry.
    • Self motivated, sales oriented and hold strong connections with contractors, consultants and authorities in the Northern region.
