- Work along Sales Manager throughout the whole sales process and be a key person in liaising
- with clients.
- Be responsible for preparing Budget Proposals whenever there is a need for proposal submission.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers/ project team, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain regular communication with the project team after a project has been awarded to ensure that it is executed according to the specified design, requirements, and time line.
- Act as a conduit for conveying client messages and requirements to the project team for execution purposes.
- Develop a plan for Payment Milestones, encompassing billing and collection activities for awarded projects.
- Initiate the invoicing process through the Finance Department.
- Follow up with clients regarding payment for issued invoices.
skills are requirements
- Diploma/ degree holder in Engineering/ Marketing or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of working experience in the solar or sales and marketing industry
- Result oriented, career and personal growth, team player
- Willing to travel around Malaysia
