- Directly responsible for the growth and stability of assigned existing accounts, specifically measured by sales generation, account management, and expansion.
- Achieve the annual sales budget for the Malaysia market, coordinating product rollouts, trials, surveys, new chain integrations, contract negotiations, price adjustments, and equipment installations.
- Coordinate, plan, and attend national and regional account meetings as needed.
- Develop the Annual Account Plan, Annual Business Review, and strategies for new account sales.
- Create and implement strategies for introducing new products to existing accounts.
the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Availability for regular business travel.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience..
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
