We are currently looking for a talented Business Development Manager for an MNC that specializes in manufacturing and supplying building materials.

Reporting to: Head of Department
Location: Selangor

Engage with potential clients to demonstrate how the company can fulfill their needs.
Gain insights into customers' businesses and systems to provide strategic advice.
Conduct meetings with clients, including regional travel, to present the company's products.
Assist in lead generation through the use of sales and marketing tools.
Develop relationships with executives to influence their strategic decisions.
Partner with local representatives to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
Aid the Commercial team by preparing proposals and quotes.
Work alongside Marketing to develop effective campaigns and promote the company across different channels.

the requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
Availability for regular business travel.
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in building materials industry.
Excellent planning & organizational skills.
