about the role
As a Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind fostering client success and cultivating new business opportunities.
You will report to the CEO of the company, working closely with them to discuss strategies, roadblocks, and solutions.
- Leading and nurturing a client servicing team to effectively manage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategizing, executing, and reporting on ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered with excellence, on schedule, and within budget.
- Cultivating enduring customer relationships to gain insights into their needs and goals.
- Being the point of contact for resolving client management matters, overcoming challenges, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Growing and sustaining existing business partnerships while actively exploring new avenues for company expansion.
- Skillfully managing suppliers, ensuring project/proposal profitability, and confidently presenting to clients.
about you
- Previous account management experience with either a relevant degree or a minimum of 6 years of industry-related expertise.
- A demonstrated track record of team management and development.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional communication skills, including digital proficiency, articulation, and a knack for client interaction.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to run successful project and growth strategies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and an eagerness to learn continuously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
