- Supervise the progression of existing sales pipelines while simultaneously cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to construct comprehensive sales pipelines that span short, medium, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Conduct in-depth surveys and market analyses to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform company decisions
- Develop a range of sales materials, including presentations, quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and strategic sales documents, tailored for both new and existing clients.
- Design, implement, and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns aimed at achieving business objectives and expanding market presence.
- Ensure adherence to high service quality standards and maintain continuous dialogue with clients to uphold service level agreements and foster strong relationships.
skills and requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or any engineering qualification
- Possess working experience in the M&E or Data Centre industry will be added advantage
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Eager to growth the business and team
- Willing to travel
