    Reports to: Business Operation Manager - Malaysia & Brunei

    In this exciting role, you will be planning, developing, controlling and monitoring the execution to achieve the company's sales objectives through an effective sales & distribution system covering the assigned area to ensure optimum market coverage.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will be leading and managing the sales team in the Northern Region, with regional and distributor P&L responsibility
    • Delivery of monthly's sales target through detailed sales construction planning by customer of distributors, in accordance to marketing plan and sales promotional plan.
    • Planning & implementation of business drivers such as Trade Investment (D&R, A&P) to maximize ROS and invest responsibly.
    • Lead business development with top customers, as part of risk management and building company reputation
    • Implementation of sales discipline in store to achieve best availability and visibility that consistently deliver forward stock share (Share of Shelves) at par or above market share performance.
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor management in the FMCG industry
    • Problem solving capability
    • Analytical ability to seek distribution gaps
