the role

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the diabetic portfolio division.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and perform at a high level.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders to promote the company’s products and solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and expenses related to the division.

the experience

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of sales experience in the pharma industry, with strong experience of planning/achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the diabetic portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
