• Manage and execute all marketing and sales activities according to the Brand Plan, ensuring sales performance meets or exceeds targets within budget.
• Lead and develop the Sales Team, setting targets, managing KPIs, and ensuring continuous skill updates to optimize performance.
• Oversee brand financial planning and P&L, while setting future direction for products and business opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional cooperation and ensure effective communication between Brand and In-Field Teams to optimize strategy execution.
• Develop talent, build succession plans, and align local strategies.

the experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
• Minimum 10 year working experience in the pharma industry.
• Resourceful, analytic and able to work under pressure
