about the company

about the role

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you are to oversee the overall Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management systems for the region:

  • Develop effective C&B programs
  • Champion budget/forecast exercise for the region
  • Handle annual compensation exercise
  • Implement core c&b programs
  • Design and develop C&B strategies
  • Manage performance management
  • Leads C&B projects and other HR projects

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor's degree with min 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource management specializing in Compensation & Benefits & Performance Management
  • Well versed in employment law and practices.
  • Strong data analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation
  • Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours
