about the company
Our client is a leading facilities organization with over 20 years of presence in Malaysia. They are constantly growing throughout the region winning new projects and clients.

about the role

This role will be working closely with the Head of HR to support the compensation and benefits segment across the region.

duties

  • Review and refine existing local HR processes and structure, initiating improvements/simplifications accordingly.
  • Initiating continuous improvement plan
  • Support and implement C&B practices based on projects requirements and entitlement
  • Update payroll on employee movements
  • Ensure HR processes are implemented and followed locally
  • Provide high-quality service to employees and managers

skills & experience

  • Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge on local employment act is as an added advantage
  • Strong command in written and spoken English would be an advantage
