about the role
They are currently looking for a C&B Manager to join the growing team. You will be responsible for administrating and executing HR initiatives or activities relating to our employees' compensation, rewards, perks and benefits. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- To support the business in driving strategic HR initiatives
- Drive the annual exercises like annual merit review, annual bonus review etc.
- Administer employee’s benefits programs and policies
- Support the job evaluations and classifications process
- Participate in annual salary surveys to collect and compile data for market benchmarking and analysis.
- Ensure all payroll and incentive processes on completed in a timely manner
- Participate in projects as needed.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be leading a team of 1.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
