    Your future employer is a Property Developer that has completed multiple projects (malls, residences, etc.), and is currently looking for a Centre Manager for their shopping mall.

    about the job

    • Understand market demand, develop feasible plans for the mall and ensure that the growth and direction of the mall are always on track
    • Advise and participate in the sales and purchase of retail space to anchor tenants
    • Oversee all aspects of the mall management, for example, leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management, mall marketing, housekeeping, facilities management, etc.
    • Build rapport with customers, authorities, tenants and business partners
    • Conceptualize and develop strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will maximize profitability of the mall
    • Lead the budget planning for the mall

    about the team

    As the mall industry is warming up again, our client is looking to add to their team to feed the needs of their new projects. The hiring company has teams of good sizes and proper support.

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property/Facility Management or equivalent
    • 10-15 years of experience in mall management (leasing, marketing, operations, facility management, financial planning, etc.)
    • Ambitious and aggressive character with extensive technical knowledge in mall management
    • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
