the role
- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction of the organization in collaboration with the Board of Directors
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team, ensuring effective management of all departments and functions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those related to patient privacy and safety
the experience
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in medical device/pharmaceutical or healthcare, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
