about the job
This role will be reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing and will be managing a team of 3 headcounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Define channel vision, review key insights & trending, evaluate past performance to identify and define strategies to achieve channel and brand objectives for the coming years
- Review and approve the hyper/super promotion & trade plans as per annual calendar to achieve effective and efficient selling in/out and in-store merchandising
- Lead and set Excellent Outlet Execution guidelines (visibility and amenities direction) for the Hyper/Super Channel via PICOS
- Ensuring all actionable strategies and initiatives are executed through the most effective and efficient utilisation of budgets and resources in order to achieve commercial objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Ideally 8 years of sales / trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team (direct or indirect)
