Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop all channel specific volume building plans for MT channel based on category/brand/shopper insights to drive volume/share/profitability with guided KPIs
- Work with Brand Marketing and Sales team to translate brand strategies into integrated media-to-shelf execution for sales team to drive execution excellence
- Work with Brand Marketing and Sales team to manage trade and BTL budget for MT channel to ensure within the guided ROY & ROO to deliver the pre-set KPIs
- Be the MT champion to lead monthly business meetings with internal and distributors of MT sales team for forward months planning and business review
- Be the MT champion to provide inputs/insights and feedback as part of the demand forecast process with distributor team to reflect sales demands from channel activities and category trend
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 7 years of channel marketing, trade marketing experience within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated analytical skill to interpret/translate data into actions
- Demonstrated presentation skill to do compelling selling to internal/external stakeholders and management team
