To search and recruit productive new dealers in East Malaysia (Kuching/ Sibu).
Develop and manage assigned dealers’ sales business performance.
To motivate dealers' sales staff to deliver sales target.
Work within dedicated territory for established client.
Looking into overall dealer’s welfare and activities.

skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Min 2-5 years of channel sales management experience.
Able to speak in fluent English. Other local dialects (Mandarin, Kadazan, Iban, Dusun) are an advantage but not required
Experience working in Tech background.
Local Sarawakian only may apply - due to work permit issue

You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of Sales based in Kuching.
