- In charge of the HT, LV and electrical systems of the manufacturing plant
- Monitor the maintenance and technical services for the manufacturing plant, including periodic and routine preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E facilities
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, malfunctions or breakdowns
- Repair and replace defective components, such as MCB, ELCB, wiring, etc
- Review and implement energy saving initiatives for the plant
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure their services are up to standard
- Handle all electrical services and maintain the electrical sub-station aligned to the sop
- Ensure compliance to all authority-related licensing, certification and regulation for commercial building operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to established safety procedures
skills and experience required
- Must have Chargeman Certificate issued by Energy Commission
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil, construction, mechanical and electrical aspects of building operations or facilities management
