- In charge of the HT, LV and electrical systems of the mall
- Monitor the maintenance and technical services for the commercial building, including periodic and routine preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E facilities
- Review and implement energy saving initiatives for the building
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure their services are up to standard
- Handle all electrical services and maintain the electrical sub-station aligned to the sop
- Ensure compliance to all authority-related licensing, certification and regulation for commercial building operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to established safety procedures
skills and experience required
- Certificate/Diploma in Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Must have Chargeman Certificate issued by Energy Commission
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil, mechanical and electrical aspects of commercial building operations or facilities management
