    Your future employer is a property development company looking to launch multiple projects in the coming years. Both the company and their affiliates possess strong portfolios with international presence. They are looking for a seasoned marketing/branding professional to propel them further in their expansion plans. This is a crucial role for the company as you will be leading the overall Marketing and Branding direction of the business.

    about the job

    • Drive and direct the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to achieve overall branding and marketing objectives.
    • Assessing and monitoring all aspects of brand performance and identifying opportunities through new product developments and other initiatives.
    • Drive the planning, development and execution of marketing/branding initiatives and communication materials to elevate brand positioning and company brand image.
    • Planning out project launches including concept development and coordinating with relevant parties to deliver.
    • Carrying out market research and trend monitoring to remain competitive and innovative.
    • Ensure all projects have unique, demonstrable benefits that provide competitive advantage.
    • Providing leadership to direct reports and the entire marketing team.


    about the manager/team
    Leading a 30 man strong team, you will report to the Managing Director; someone who is forward thinking and filled with new and innovative ideas to change the landscape of the local property development industry.

    skills & experience required

    • Seasoned branding/marketeer with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership / managerial role for a conglomerate.
    • Excellent communication skills. Strategic and forward thinking.
    • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of consumer brand perception and the industry.
    • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
