• Serve as a direct liaison to the Group Managing Director and Board of Directors, contributing to the development and oversight of strategic and corporate matters.
• Craft, communicate, and execute the Group's mission statement and strategic plans.
• Supervise operational aspects across all levels and collaborate with business partners.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and compile, review, and present operational reports to the Board.
