Randstad is partnering with an international company who are the market leader in Oleochemical industry. The company is looking for a CI Manager as part of their growth strategy.

You will need to:
- Coordinates and implements improvement initiatives and projects by using Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.), realizing agreed goals, scope, timing and budget.
- Coaches and gives support to green and yellow belt colleagues in the execution for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
- Stimulates a climate of continuous improvement by introducing concepts as AIC, 5S, SOPs, DMAIC, OEE, Kaizen etc
- Establishing norms and standards of plant performance.
- Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
- Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.
- Managing staff cohorts and teams of various sizes.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt
- More than 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement role
- Proven Experience in leading continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
