As a client service admin you will act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments for
the organization of payroll and management of our contractors. You will interact with clients through email,

contractor concerns on their daily management through Randstad and for their monthly payroll process
including but not limited to- timesheets, queries, issues with salary and treatment and computation of their
payouts based on client instructions as well as legislative guidelines.
You will prioritize client and contractor cases and escalate issues as needed to other departments, as well as
work with support teams to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition. In all tasks, you must
follow company procedures to respect client privacy.
You will demonstrate agility in learning and being able to multitask effectively on a variety of requests;
working well under pressure, meeting deadlines, and being effective in your communications as well.
key activities
● liaise with clients and contractors to collate all information and documentation for
onboarding/offboarding and work pass application
● ensure all work pass issuance is completed for successful cases before contract deployment begins
● work with consultants and clients to draft employment contracts with terms which are aligned with
Malaysia’s Employment Act
● you help develop support and sales strategies, identify efficiency issues, and make sure case
management workflows are resolved promptly.
● work closely with legal and payroll teams to review contracts to ensure they meet client expectations
and help ensure client issues are resolved promptly and manage the conditions and terms as such to
reflect on candidate contracts simultaneously and ensure they are in guidance and accordance to
legal and internal compliance standards and requirements.

● be involved in review and audit processes to evaluate constantly what needs to be improved and
changed in the processes and systems to ensure a more efficient and effective way of operating
● be part of client reviews and quarterly business reviews to discuss the business operations and how
to improve performance, service delivery and enable our growth in the market and align to our
ambitions and targets.
● be the point of contact for key stakeholders (consultants, client, contractors and payroll team) to
resolve any queries relating to leave management, timesheet submission/approval and payroll.
● send monthly emails to remind contractors and clients to submit and approve timesheets.
● consolidate data of existing contractors’ assignments and trigger reminders to consultants and
clients for extensions
● generate reports, maintain records and update information on work assignments
● other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Knowledge, skills and experience
● At least 1 year of working experience in HR/contracts administrators/client services or in a similar
capacity
● Sound knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and related statutory bodies requirements
● A confident, friendly and adaptable individual who has the ability to work independently and as a
team
● Experience in work pass applications, or exposure to recruitment agencies would be advantageous
● Service and delivery focused
● Well-organised with high attention to detail & accuracy
● Deadline driven with a sense of urgency
● Reliable and able to work with limited supervision
● Leadership experience is an added advantage
● Be proficient in written and spoken English with a 2nd language as an added advantage.
