The incumbent will be responsible to lead the presales, engineers, customer experience, and sales team while also holding his/her sales quota revenue to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud computing. - Lead a team comprised of presales, engineers, sales, & customer experience team
- Develop a Services growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to create RFP’s with customers
- Involved in technical decision through tailored messaging, technical discussions, and aligning the appropriate solutions partners, programs and resources to guide them in decision making and consumption plans.
- Promote Cloud Services internally to sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets.
- Get involved in customer POC’s with help of Presales team and make sure the company meet the success criteria.
- Work with customers to identify more opportunities to sell Cloud Services.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
skills and experience required
- Experience in leading a team
- Min 8-10 years working in a technical capacity.
- Preferably a presales/technical consultant who is willing to hold sales quota
- Must have technical experience in public cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Country Director and managing up to 10 staffs. You will work closely with stakeholders/vendors while working to resolve customers painpoint by proposing the right technical solution.
