You will be leading and managing a team of 7 staffs covering Public Sector/ Government accounts. You will be involved in coming up with sales strategy and formulate annual sales plan according to company goals.
about the job
- Identify and create new sales opportunities by developing and conducting research to find quality and qualified sales leads.
- Manage a team of Account Manager to build customer base within the Public Sector/ Government industry.
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements.
- Ability to provide consultative support.
- To maintain and develop good relationship with customers and partners
- Competently handle the sales process with different stakeholders.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle with all teams throughout the customers and partners journey with the company
skills and experience required
- Min 8-12 years in Sales B2G environment selling any Tech or Cloud product.
- Experience in tender process of Government accounts.
- Must be independent, good in conducting research and understand competitive products and solutions.
- Ability to conduct onsite or remote presentations effectively, with an eye to identify and engage key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a team. Experience in guiding juniors or indirect report may also apply.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the CEO in a team of 7 staffs inclusive of Account Managers and Presales. You will work closely with stakeholders/vendors while working to resolve customers painpoint by proposing the right solution.
