Managing 1x Assistant Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Drive in store excellence by developing sales toolkit for direct and indirect sales team
- Implement effective route and compliance for direct and indirect team
- Drive promotion spent efficiency
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 10 years of sales development/operation/management in the FMCG industry
- Numerical-driven, detailed understanding of end-to-end sales funnel, strong communication skill
