about our client

A well-renowned MNC of the FMCG Industry, my client is looking for a Finance Business Partner, who will provide support on all financial operational matters, act as an advisor, and being involved in decision making

about the role

  • Manage the business planning process and translate strategy to execution roadmap and to ensure that key strategic priorities are set, and properly executed track KPIs.
  • Review and facilitate the business cluster on yearly/quarterly budget planning and submission.
  • To provide advice and recommendations on KPI setting and perform business cluster performance tracking and analysis in relation to actual performance and rolling forecast to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Develop, Monitor, and Control financial budget and cost to ensure effective and efficient management and utilization of the approved budget.
  • Provide varying levels of advice/recommendation and financial information (eg: monthly revenue reporting and expenses) for decision making to ensure efficient utilization of budget and smart spending.
  • Advise Project Owners within Business Operation on the procurement process, payment guidelines, and budget policies to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • To populate Regionalization KPI Dashboard monthly.
  • To populate the Regionalization Operational Excellence matrix dashboard monthly.

your profile

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification e.g. ACCA
  • Working experience in the FMCG industry within a similar function
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in financial controlling
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong business applications skills, e.g.: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good in financial modeling and forecasting
