about the job
- Assist in Tender/Proposal stage activities and manage project planning.
- Participate in tender interviews, clarifications, and presentations alongside the Marketing, Project, and M&E teams.
- Lead department meetings, approve invoices, and handle Project Requests in the absence of the Contract Director.
- Collaborate with Contract Director to oversee payment claims and project progress.
- Support Contract Personnel in tender proposals, including cost analysis and technical details.
- Strengthen contract knowledge to protect company interests and prevent misconduct.
- Facilitate integration among departments, subsidiary companies, and participate in tender activities.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the head of department and working alongside the team members.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QS work scope
- Working experience in Interior Design & Build companies will have an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and forecasting.
- Independent, strong and experienced in pre and post contractual matters.
