    Reporting to the Head of Communication.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic internal and external communication plans and monitor its success.
    • Work cross functionally across teams to plan, organize and manage corporate and colleague engagement activities and external programmes using public relation, media, social media and events.
    • Write, edit and direct creative execution on content for communication platforms including but not limited to web content, brochures, internal portal, press releases, presentations, social media, advertorials, articles and corporate videos.
    • Handle media inquiries and establishing strong relationship with media outlets, journalists, key opinion leaders and prepare media materials; talking points, press briefings, press releases, media kits for dissemination.
    • Support preparation of spokespeople across different business functions for media interactions and public appearances.
    • Track, review and report media coverage for campaigns, launches and other communications on public relation activities, sustainability and communication campaigns.
    • Prepare responses to high alert issues/Crisis in a timely manner.
    • Provide budget recommendations for communication initiatives.

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor degree
    • Minimum 5 years of corporate communication/public relations experience
    • Strong communication and presentation skill
    • Well-developed network within the media
