Our client is a conglomerate with footprints in manufacturing, property, and trading. Located in KL, they have established a name for themselves in the market.


about the job
To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering secretarial duties fo both public listed and private companies in accordance with statutory requirements and applicable rules and regulations. This includes to prepare and attend Board of Directors’ and Board Committees meetings, Annual General Meetings and internal management meetings.

duties:

  • To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents.
  • To be able to handle all secretarial duties and provide advice independently.
  • To attend to other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • To supervise and monitor the work of secretarial executives.

skills:

  • ICSA or MAICSA qualification is a must for this role
  • At least 6 years’ experience in the corporate secretarial practice and as company secretary of a public listed company.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to provide prompt delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Meticulous and be able to multi-task and work independently.
